When will Premium be available?

We're building it. There's no firm launch date yet — we'd rather ship it when it's solid than rush it. In the meantime, the free plan covers every brief feature; Premium will simply lift the storage cap and add a few power-user extras.

What counts toward my storage?

Both the original master you upload and the 720p web preview we generate from it. Notes and drawings are tiny by comparison and effectively don't count.

What happens if I hit the 3 GB limit on Free?

Uploads pause until you free up space. You can delete older briefs (which deletes the master, the preview, and every share link tied to it) to make room. When Premium launches, upgrading lifts the cap to 30 GB without touching any of your existing content.

Will I be able to cancel Premium?

Yes — Premium will be month-to-month with no commitment. Cancel anytime and you'll keep your content on the Free tier; only your storage cap drops back to 3 GB.

Is my unreleased video kept private?

Yes, on every plan. Videos are scoped to your account and only people with a share link can view a brief. You can rotate the link (invalidating the old one) or revoke sharing at any time. We never use your content to train any model. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
