For editors
Your creator built a brief at every timestamp — the cuts, the b-roll, the polish requests, all pinned to the timeline. Here's how to open it and what you'll see.
Inside the brief
Every note lands at a frame-accurate HH:MM:SS.mmm stamp. Click one and the player jumps to the exact second — no hunting around "0:42-ish".
Some notes include a sketch the creator drew right on the picture — a circle, an arrow, a typo callout. You'll see it layered over the frame at the moment the note was pinned.
You can scrub, watch, and work through the list, but nothing you do affects the original. No accidental deletions, no "is this saved?", no account needed.
A download button on the share page lets you pull the original-quality file straight to your machine — no need to ask the creator to send it separately.
Using the brief
The creator sent you a tokenized link. No login, no signup — it opens straight to the brief in your browser. Bookmark it and come back as often as you like.
Click a pin on the timeline (or a note in the list) and the player scrubs to that frame. Read the note, study the drawing, then do the work in your NLE.
Top-down or out of order — your call. Refresh any time; you're always seeing the latest version of the brief if the creator updates it.
FAQ
No. The share link is all you need — nothing to install, no signup. You can bookmark it and open it as many times as you want.
Not yet. The share link is read-only today — reply and check-off is on our roadmap. Until then, most teams keep that conversation in their existing chat or PM tool.
The creator can rotate the link (invalidating the old one) or revoke sharing entirely — usually for security reasons or because the brief is finished. If yours stopped working, ping the creator for a fresh one.
Yes. The share page includes a download button so you can pull the original-quality file straight to your machine — no need to ask the creator to send it separately.
Try a different browser (Chrome and Safari both work). If it still won't load, the link may have been rotated or revoked — ask the creator for a new one. Still stuck? Email [email protected].
